Privacy Policy.

What personal data we collect on this site, why, who sees it and what you can do about it. Plain language, no tricks.

1. Who we are

This site is run by Brandon Kesler, doing business as CABOONE Luxury Real Estate (“CABOONE”, “we”, “us”), brokered by House of Baja Realty. We are responsible for your personal data (the “controller”, or responsable under Mexican law).

2. What we collect

Only what you give us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run and protect the site.

Free book formFirst name and email address.

Coaching applicationFull name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), where you sell, your role, closed volume range and anything you write in the free-text field.

Partner applicationFull name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), where you live, what you do and anything you tell us about your network.

WhatsApp, email, phoneYour number or address, name and whatever you send us in the conversation.

Technical dataIP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, kept in server logs and used by Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots.

Usage dataOnly if you accept analytics and ad cookies: pages you visit, how you got here, form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, call and email links, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see section 5).

Please don't send sensitive data such as health information, government ID numbers, or bank or card details through this site. If you introduce someone through the Partner Program, only share their contact details if they agree to be contacted.

3. Why we use it

To give you what you asked for: send the free book, review your coaching or partner application and contact you about it on WhatsApp, phone or email.
Follow-up emails: after you get the book, a few short emails from Brandon about the book and the coaching. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To run the programs: book calls, deliver coaching, register partner introductions and pay partner shares.
Analytics and ads, if you accept them: see which pages agents use and measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
To protect the site: block spam and abuse and keep the site secure.
Legal duties: keep the records Mexican tax, real estate and anti-money-laundering rules require.

Follow-up emails, analytics and ads are secondary purposes. You can say no to analytics and ads in the cookie banner, and to follow-up emails at any time by unsubscribing or writing to info@caboone.com, and it won't affect the book or your application.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on your consent (forms, follow-up emails, analytics and ads), on steps toward a contract you asked for (applications, coaching, partner agreement), on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe, and on legal obligations.

4. Who sees it

We don't sell your personal data. It is seen only by:

Brandon and his team, who read and answer the applications. New submissions are sent to the team through a private Telegram chat.
House of Baja Realty, our brokerage, where a deal or partner payment involves it.
Service providers who work for us on our instructions: website hosting, email, Telegram and WhatsApp (Meta).
Google, which runs reCAPTCHA and, if you accept it, Google Analytics. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to them.
Meta, which runs the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads if you accept it, under Meta's Privacy Policy.
Authorities, when the law or a valid legal order requires it.

Some of these providers are in the United States or other countries outside Mexico, so your data may be processed there. Sharing with them is needed to answer you and run the programs, and we use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies, analytics and ads

The site sets a few cookies it needs to work. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept them in the cookie banner:

Form securityA cookie that protects the forms against forged submissions.

Form statusA short-lived cookie that shows the “thanks” or error message after you send a form with scripts turned off.

LanguageA cookie that remembers the language you picked for the site.

Google reCAPTCHAOn pages with a form, Google may set cookies and read device information to tell people from bots.

Google AnalyticsIf you accept: counts visits and shows which pages are used. We don't send Google your name, phone or email.

Meta PixelIf you accept: tells Meta that a visit, a contact click or a form submission came from our ads, so we can measure and target them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block all cookies, the forms may not work; you can always reach us on WhatsApp or by email instead. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Links

This site links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and caboone.com. When you click through, those services handle your data under their own policies.

7. How long we keep it

Book sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email on a do-not-contact list so we don't email you again.
Applications that don't move forward: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Coaching clients and partners: for the relationship, plus as long as Mexican tax and commercial law requires us to keep records.
Analytics: Google Analytics keeps visit data for up to 14 months.
Server logs: a few weeks, unless needed to look into abuse.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Rectify it if it's wrong or incomplete;
Cancel (delete) it when we no longer need it;
Oppose its use for a specific purpose, such as follow-up emails, analytics or ads;
Revoke your consent, or limit how we use or share your data.

These are your ARCO rights under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If you live in the EU, the UK, Canada or a US state with a privacy law such as California, you may have similar rights, including data portability and opting out of targeted advertising.

To use any of them, email info@caboone.com with your name, how to reach you, what you're asking for and, if needed, something that lets us confirm it's you. We reply within 20 business days. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

9. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, password-protected admin access limited to the people who need it, and providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you.

10. Children

This site is for real estate professionals and other adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent us data, write to us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If the change is significant, we'll also tell the people on our email list.
