1. Who we are

This site is run by Brandon Kesler, doing business as CABOONE Luxury Real Estate (“CABOONE”, “we”, “us”), brokered by House of Baja Realty in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. The free book

“The Highest Commissions” is free for your own use. You may read it, print it and keep it. Please don't resell it, republish it, or share the download link or file publicly; send people to this site instead.

3. Elite Coaching

• Elite Coaching is by application only. Sending an application doesn't reserve a seat or create a contract; we may accept or decline any application.
• The price, schedule, content and certification rules shown on the site may change. What applies to you is what's in the written agreement you sign and pay for.
• Course videos, exams and materials are for the enrolled agent only and may not be shared, recorded or resold.

4. Partner Program

The Partner Program description on this site is an overview, not an offer. A referral is only registered, and a share of the commission only owed, under a written partner agreement signed by both sides and only once the deal closes and the commission is paid. Payments depend on that agreement, on House of Baja Realty's rules and on Mexican law, including tax withholding. Only introduce people who have agreed to be contacted.

5. Results and the calculator

Sales results, rankings, commissions and testimonials on this site are Brandon's own or the people quoted. They show what is possible, not what you will earn. Your results depend on your market, your work and many things outside our control. The commission calculator is a simple illustration, not a forecast.

6. Not legal, tax or financial advice

The book, the coaching and this site are coaching material about selling real estate. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and they don't replace the rules of your license, brokerage or local law. Check with a professional for your own situation.

7. Using the forms

Give accurate details and only send information you're allowed to share. Don't use the site to send spam, try to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or get into the admin area. We may block requests that look automated or abusive. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Content and trademarks

The CABOONE name and logo, the site design, text, photos, videos, the book and the course material belong to CABOONE or to the people who licensed them to us, including the House of Baja Realty name and logo. You can share links and view the site for your own use. Please don't copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Other sites

The site links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, caboone.com and other services. We don't control third-party services and aren't responsible for their content or how they work.

10. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it is complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, CABOONE, Brandon Kesler and House of Baja Realty are not liable for losses that come from using the site, the book or its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute goes to the courts of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts. A signed coaching or partner agreement has its own terms, and those win over these.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page.
